Does anyone have experience in the most realistic flight sim available?

It's a long time since I was in the gaming market but got some time to invest in it now. Does MS FS still exist?

    Thanks

FS-X is on Steam now, it was taken over by a 3rd party. It is often on sale (I got it for about a fiver). The flight model has critics, and you really need add-ons to get the scenery prettier (ie ORB-X) but overall if you can get it on a sale its still probably the king of the civil flight sims. X-Plane is also on Steam, and has supporters too.

Military flight sims are more varied, the DCS series, and online games with aircraft such as War Thunder.

Have a browse on Steam and read some reviews there mate.

If you want a much better and updated version of FSX then you need
